Let Us Pray For You
Please tell us about the people in your lives who have disabilities, as we would love to regularly pray for them.
We realise that it is near impossible for some people with intellectual
disabilities to join
a group like Jesus Club. In some cases, people's disabilities can be so severe
and their
behaviours so challenging that they would not be able to participate in a group
or
even be taught in a one-on-one situation.
It is a wonderful fact that we worship a God who is not limited by the things
that limit us.
While we may not be able to reach certain people with intellectual
disabilities, God can.
Therefore, we would love to pray for difficult-to-reach people and their
families.
In this way, we can ask God to help in ways that we are unable.
In our prayers, we will ask God to look after them in whatever way they need
and ask that He
grant them eternal friendship with Jesus.
Our prayer group, consisting of Jesus Club volunteers, meets every Wednesday
fortnight.
In telling us your story, please only include information that you are
comfortable with us
knowing ('us' being a small number of volunteers). Do not feel obliged to tell
us any
identifying information, like names or addresses.
